Monarch Healthcare Management is Hiring a Pca float pool Near Mankato, MN
The PCA performs the same duties as the CNA in the Assisted Living Communities with the exception of having the ability to assist tenants to take medication that is set up in their apartment and give scheduled and PRN medication under direction of the RN. According to the Plan of Care for the tenant, PCAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services while understanding the mental health and social service needs of the tenant and being mindful of the needs in cognitively impaired tenants.

Current Float Pool positions are available in the following areas: Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Stillwater, Superior (WI), Two Harbors, Virginia and Winsted.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Resilience: ability to welcome constructive feedback, course correct and not take it personally.
- Personability; ability to get along with all personality types and inspire trust with tenants, staff, and family.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ).
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare industry; experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
